Betta Bud Wholesale Policy

Wholesale Eligibility:
a. Only registered businesses and entities authorized to engage in the wholesale trade of live animals, specifically Betta fish, are eligible to purchase from our wholesale program.
b. Proof of business registration and appropriate permits may be required.
Wholesale Pricing and Minimum Order Quantities:
a. Wholesale pricing for live Betta fish will be provided upon request. Prices may be subject to change without prior notice.
b. Minimum order quantities for Betta fish will be specified by our company. The purchaser must meet these requirements to proceed with the wholesale transaction.
Ordering Process:
a. Purchasers must submit a written purchase order via email or through our designated ordering system.
b. The purchase order must include the desired quantity of Betta fish, preferred variants or colors (if applicable), and any other relevant details.
c. Upon receipt of the purchase order, we will confirm the availability of the requested fish and provide an order confirmation with the final pricing, estimated delivery date, and any other pertinent information.
Payment Terms:
a. Full payment for the wholesale order is required seven (7) days prior to the scheduled import date, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
b. We accept payments via bank transfer, credit card, or other agreed-upon payment methods. Details for payment will be provided upon order confirmation.
Delivery and Collection:
a. We will arrange delivery of the live Betta fish to the specified address or offer pickup options as agreed upon.
b. Delivery fees may apply and will be communicated during the ordering process.
c. The purchaser is responsible for ensuring the availability of a suitable environment upon delivery or collection to maintain the health and well-being of the Betta fish.
Health and Quality Assurance:
a. We take utmost care to ensure the health and quality of our Betta fish. All fish supplied will be in good health at the time of delivery or collection.
b. The purchaser is responsible for inspecting the Betta fish upon delivery or collection. Any issues or concerns must be reported within 24 hours.
c. In the event of any health concerns or mortality, we may request appropriate documentation, such as photographs, to assess and address the issue.
Returns and Refunds:
a. Returns or refunds for live Betta fish will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.
b. The purchaser must notify us of any issues within 24 hours of delivery or collection, providing necessary evidence to support the claim. This is outlined in our DOA policy.
c. Returns or refunds, if approved, may be subject to restocking fees or other conditions determined by us.
Compliance with Laws and Regulations:
a. The purchaser agrees to comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and permits related to the sale, transportation, and possession of live Betta fish.
b. The purchaser shall be responsible for obtaining any necessary permits or licenses required by Australian law.
Liability:
a. We are not liable for any damages, losses, or injuries arising from the purchase, sale, delivery, or use of the live Betta fish.
b. The purchaser assumes all risks associated with the use and care of the purchased Betta fish.
Termination:
a. Either party may terminate the wholesale agreement by providing written notice to the other party.
b. Any outstanding obligations or liabilities shall be settled as per the terms of the agreement.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction:
This wholesale policy and any disputes arising from it shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Australia. Any legal actions or proceedings shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Australia.
